Job Responsibilities
- Manage a case load of 10–12 pediatric patient encounters per shift.
- Diagnose and treat various psychiatric conditions, focusing on anxiety, affective, ADD/ADHD, personality, eating, developmental, psychotic, and organic disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using pharmacotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and ECT, as preferred.
- Familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application is preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be MA licensed and Child and Adolescent boarded.
- Board certification required; ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are necessary.
- Minimum of a 2-year fellowship in the relevant specialty.
- Strong preference for experience with anxiety and affective disorders, along with competence in treating various psychiatric conditions.
