Job Responsibilities

  • Verify and fill medication orders while monitoring patient medication therapies.
  • Provide drug information and supervise support personnel.
  • Conduct daily medication utilization reports and ensure medication safety.
  • Participate in all pharmacy-related tasks, including clinical rounds and medication management activities.
  • Collaborate on drug formulary compliance and process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a school of pharmacy (required); Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree (preferred).
  • One year of technical experience (preferred); inpatient clinical pharmacy experience (preferred).
  • Pharmacist license in the state of practice (required); Registered Pharmacist (RPh) (required).

Working Hours

  • Night shifts with 10-hour days, totaling 70 hours per pay period.
  • Flexible to accommodate 80 hours with additional shifts if desired.
