Job Responsibilities

• Perform grossing and interpretation of pathological specimens, with a focus on small GI biopsies and notable GYN pathology.
• Consult and collaborate with sister hospital pathologists for complex cases.
• Minimal involvement in after-hours call.
• Participate in related conferences and tumor boards for continued medical education (CME).

Qualifications

• Board certification in Pathology required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience in various pathology specialties preferred, including surgical, GI, GU, neuropathology, and others.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekend call; very rare after-hours call

• Proficient in surgical and GI pathology
• Ability to perform grossing and cutting frozen sections
