Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert call coverage, including seeing approximately 1-5 inpatients per shift.
• Conduct daily rounds on new admissions and manage inpatient needs.
• Handle hospital procedures, including kidney stones, stents, and hematuria management.
• Respond promptly to call-backs with a required on-site response time of 20 minutes.
• Document call-back hours diligently on timesheets with supporting notes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Urology
• Proficient in general urology and adult urology
• Experience with ureteroscopy preferred
• Proficiency in nephrectomy and laparoscopic surgeries desired
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

Working Hours

• 24-hour call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Average of 2-4 onsite call-back hours per day
