Job Responsibilities
- Manage both low and high-risk pregnancies
- Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and fetal heart rate interpretations
- Conduct routine deliveries, including vaginal and low-forceps deliveries, and make decisions for cesarean sections
- Handle complicated deliveries, including C-section, breech, multiple births, and abruptions
- Perform surgical gynecology, including ectopic pregnancies, ovary removal, and cystectomy
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee State License
- Board Certified or Board Certification Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Laser certification required
