Providers should have an active WA license and a clean history to be considered early. Patient encounters per day are expected to be between 15-18. The facility requires board certification, with at least minimum board certification eligibility. The estimated credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days, with expedited privileges available for those with a clean history.
Required certifications include BLS. The facility is a trauma level 2 and has a pediatric level 3 designation.
