Job Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care for pediatric patients, including those in Nursery Level I and administering ventilator management.
- Attend C-sections and high-risk deliveries.
- Perform pediatric intubations, ventilation management, and central line placements.
- Collaboratively work with available support services including anesthesia, catheterization lab, general surgery, and orthopedic surgery.
Qualifications
- Board Certification required or Board Eligible
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Minimum of 30 days estimated credentialing timeframe
- Fellowship experience preferred but not required
Working Hours
- 12-hour call-only shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
Skills
- Proficiency in pediatric inpatient care and acute/chronic ventilation management
- Experience in attending deliveries and performing neonatal intubations
- Ability to engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with limited support services
