Debra Nagle RN, BSN has been involved in Healthcare Sales and Recruiting for the past 20 years.  Ms. Nagle started her sales career as a per diem and local contract sales associate for Monitor Staffing, LLC, a boutique staffing agency in Massachusetts.  Early in her 4 year tenure with Monitor, Ms. Nagle was named Sales Director and was instrumental in building out the travel nurse division for the company.  In October of 2007, Ms. Nagle joined Bill Alexander and the Highview Healthcare investment partners to start Millennium Travel Nursing and in 2025, Millennium was merged with it’s sister company, Trusted Talent.   Currently, she serves as President for the New England Region at Trusted,  overseeing an internal staff of 25+ employees and over 200 traveling nurses  Ms. Nagle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Boston College where she was a 3 year member of the Sigma Theta Tau honor society.  Prior to entering the business world, Ms. Nagle practiced as a Registered Nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital.  She maintains an active Registered Nurse license as well as BLS and ACLS certifications and returns regularly to her alma mater to mentor the next generation of nurses.
