Coverage Need:
– General Surgeon required for hospital-based call coverage only, no clinic duty.
Responsibilities:
– Handle routine general surgery cases and consults.
– Attend to 10+ emergency room calls and inpatient consults throughout the week.
– Perform only emergent cases; follow-up can be referred to in-house general surgeons.
Qualifications:
– Must be board certified or board certification eligible.
– Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS.
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:
– Approximately 14 days.
