NurseCon at Sea 2025 Giveaway

CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:
   The Trusted Talent NurseCon at Sea 2025 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are licensed nurses (RN, LPN/LVN, or APRN) and are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Trusted Nurse Staffing, Trusted Talent, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor:
   The Giveaway is sponsored by Trusted Talent (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or NurseCon at Sea.

3. Giveaway Period:
   The Giveaway begins on Friday March 14th, 2025 and ends on Sunday March 16th at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Submissions received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter:
   To participate, entrants must:
   1. Tag their nurse besties in the official giveaway post.
   2. Refer nurses to Trusted Nurse Staffing’s travel nurse referral program using this link: https://referrals.trustednursestaffing.com/join/yrecruitingteam.
   3. Ensure every tagged person likes the post and follows @trustednursestaffing on Instagram.
   4. Once the referral is submitted, the entrant is automatically entered into the giveaway.
5. Winner Selection & Notifications

• The nurse with the highest number of qualified referrals submitted during the Giveaway Period will be declared the winner.
• A qualified referral is defined as a nurse who:
  • Completes the referral form using the provided link.
  • Is verified by Trusted Nurse Staffing as a valid lead.
  • Has not been previously referred by another participant.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or email within 2 days of the Giveaway closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

6. Prize:
   The winner will receive:

• Up to five (5) free tickets to NurseCon at Sea 2025, which includes:
  •  Complimentary cruise tickets for NurseCon at Sea 2025.
  • Access to NurseCon educational sessions and events.
  • Cruise dates: April 7th to April 11th, 2025, departing out of Miami, FL.
• Exclusive entry to the Trusted Talent Pre-Party at the Savoy Beach Club and Resort in Miami on Sunday, April 6th, 2025, from 4-7 PM.
• Taxes, fees, and gratuities are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
• Travel, accommodations, and personal expenses are not included.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. General Conditions:

• Trusted Talent reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activity, including fake referrals or multiple account entries.
• By entering, participants agree to allow Trusted Talent to use their name, likeness, and referral story for promotional purposes.
• Trusted Talent reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if necessary.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability:
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Trusted Talent, Trusted Nurse Staffing, Instagram, Facebook, and NurseCon at Sea from any claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
9. Privacy:
   Personal information collected during the Giveaway will only be used for administration purposes and will not be shared with third parties. By submitting your contact information and your referral’s contact information, you agree that all parties are consenting to receive marketing and sales communications from Trusted Talent.
