Job Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care and manage medication therapies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Handle vancomycin consult management
- Engage in antimicrobial stewardship
- Attend and assist during codes (cardiac arrest, stroke, STEMI, Trauma)
Qualifications
- Hospital pharmacy experience: 1 year
- Sterile Compounding Certificate
- Texas Pharmacist License
Working Hours
- Nights: 7 on/7 off, every other weekend, 8:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Skills
- Proficiency in Meditech EMR and relevant equipment (Pyxis, DoseEdge, Kitcheck, Vigilanz)
- Strong communication skills, friendliness, and the ability to engage with others
- Adherence to attendance and schedule commitments
