Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive cardiology care including non-invasive and invasive diagnostics.
  • Perform echocardiography, TEE, and nuclear cardiology.
  • Participate in diagnostic procedures including cardiac catheterization and PA catheter placement.
  • Manage patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including ICU.
  • Employ expertise in echocardiography and non-invasive cardiology techniques.

Qualifications

  • Must have a current/active PA license and DEA certification.
  • Board Certification in Cardiology is required.
  • Proficient in Epic EMR system.
  • Completion of fellowship in Cardiology is desirable.
  • Certifications required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS.

Working Hours

  • Dayshift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Skills

  • Strong knowledge and skills in diagnostic and interventional cardiology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in performing and interpreting echocardiograms and TEEs.
  • Competence in emergent procedures like STEMI management and intra-aortic balloon pump placement.
  • Excellent communication and patient management skills.
