Clinic & Call Schedule
– Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
– On-call during clinic hours only
– No current mid-level support

Work Schedule Options
– Open to an alternate work week
– Open to 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or split coverage

Licensing and Certification Requirements
– WV license required; physicians without a current WV license will not be considered
– Board certification is required, minimum board certification eligible
– Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days

Support and Logistics
– Clinic staff will be available
– Patient encounters per shift: 15
– Nearest Airport: Yeager International, Charleston WV (CRW), Raleigh County Memorial Airport, Beckley WV (BKW)
