Job Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia for cardiac and general cases, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety during procedures. Responsible for night beeper call for cardiac cases and occasional general OR coverage on Sundays.
Qualifications
- American Board of Anesthesiology eligible/certified
- Completed cardiac fellowship
- National Board of Echocardiography certified or testamur status in perioperative transthoracic echo
Working Hours
Standard daytime hours are 8 hours, with the flexibility of longer shifts if desired. Nighttime beeper call for cardiac cases, with weekend home call/pager and occasional in-house OR shifts on Sundays.
