Summary:
A healthcare facility in Bismarck is in need of urology coverage for clinic and call services. Preference is for providers capable of performing prostate biopsies with only an RN present, as there is no ultrasound technician available on-site.
Requirements:
- Required procedures include TRUS biopsies of the prostate, cystoscopy, and cystoscopy with dilation.
- Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
- Support staff includes two RNs and one LPN.
- Credentialing requires a completed application, North Dakota license, DEA license, supplemental documentation, and case logs.
- Providers must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, preferably within five years of completing residency. A North Dakota license is preferred, though the IMLC is acceptable.

- Expected to see 1-3 patients daily and may handle 1-3 stone cases during call periods.
- Approximately 30 patients scheduled daily in the clinic, with about five in-clinic procedures per day.

- Providers will be responsible for weekly rounds on post-op patients only.
