Job Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care for patients, including medication preparation and dispensing.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medication records and documentation using Meditech Magic and Medhost systems.
- Perform quality assurance and compliance checks adhering to facility protocols.
Qualifications
- Required: Doctor of Pharmacy
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience with Meditech Magic is essential; Medhost and Omnicell experience preferred.
- Competency in IV compounding required.
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend Rotation: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (every 3rd weekend)
- Willingness to be on-call preferred
