This locum tenens assignment requires a Nurse Practitioner to perform comprehensive health assessments without direct treatment or prescribing responsibilities. This role offers full-time flexible scheduling within a 40-hour week and emphasizes patient assessments and escalation of urgent findings while working closely with primary care providers.

Job Responsibilities
– Conduct 5–6 home health assessments per day
– Perform annual risk assessments and chronic condition reviews
– Escalate urgent findings to patients’ primary care physicians
– Conduct A1C tests when applicable

Qualifications
– Must be Board-Certified FNP or ACNP
– Active NJ license and NJ Medicare number required

Working Hours
– Full-time, 40 hours per week
– Flexible 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
– One-hour lunch break provided
