Job Responsibilities
– Rounding on ICU and floor patients
– Coordination of patient care
– Assisting in cardiac surgery
– Diagnosing and treating patient illnesses
– Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
– Writing prescriptions

Qualifications
– NCCPA Certification (required)
– New Jersey License (required)
– Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) (required)
– Minimum of 2–3 years of cardiothoracic surgery experience, including proficiency in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH) and first assisting (required)
– Familiarity with Cerner EMR (preferred)

Working Hours
– Weekdays: 8–10-hour shifts
– Night Call: 6 PM – 6 AM
