Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in this hospital setting, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring patient care before and during surgery. You will administer general anesthesia, including cases with obstetric patients and healthy pediatric patients, and perform conscious sedation as required. You will collaborate with a team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers to manage a daily volume of 30–50 cases department-wide.

Qualifications

• Board Certified
• Active IA License or Active Compact License
• Available for full-time commitment
• Clean malpractice background

Working Hours

• Patient Contact Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• On-call and weekend shifts as needed

Skills

• Proficient in administering general anesthesia and conscious sedation
• Experience with obstetric (including TOLAC) and pediatric anesthesia
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
